My Story

Hi! I am Jen, welcome to my story!

They say the average person changes careers 5 to 7 times—and in my case, that’s absolutely true. My journey has taken plenty of twists and turns, with highs, lows, and unexpected adventures. But through every chapter, one thing has always brought me joy: creating meaningful, memorable experiences. I created Oregon Wine Concierge to fuel this passion and help my community in Oregon wine country thrive.  From my work with Oregon Wine Concierge, my colleagues in the wine industry began asking for my assistance with their operations.   And so, Jen Poff Consulting was born. 

Over the years, I’ve worn many hats—Accountant, Recruiter, sales leader of multimillion-dollar teams, builder of national B2B programs. I’ve also had the joy of curating food and wine pairings, hosting dazzling dinners, and diving deep into the art of hospitality. For more than a decade, I’ve lived and worked in Oregon’s beautiful Willamette Valley, where my husband and I purchased four acres in a small rural community to be close to the place we love most. I wasn’t born here, but after 25 years, Oregon feels like home.

I’m a lifelong learner who thrives in environments full of change and growth. There is only one thing I love more than sharing wine country with guests coming to Oregon, and that is helping the businesses in wine country thrive. I light up when I get to share Oregon wine with others—whether that’s through conversation, experience, or education. You’ll see my passion in my smile, hear it in my voice, and feel it when we meet. I want nothing more than each business to achieve goals and succeed.
